Audio and Video Equipment Rental Policy

The following policies have been written to provide a clear picture of the way we do business. By doing this, we hope to protect both yourselves and ourselves from any misunderstandings. We'll work with you in any way we can to make your rental with ICB a pleasant and trouble free experience.

  • All rentals require a credit card for security. The cardholder must be present, with valid ID at the time of rental pick up. Debit/check cards are only accepted with a pre-authorization for the value of rented equipment.
  • All rentals must be returned on the agreed upon return date before 3:00 pm, unless other arrangements are made. Any rentals returned after 3:00pm will be charged a late fee.
  • Rentals can be picked up from 10:00 am-6:30 pm on the reservation pick up date (Monday through Friday). Saturday rentals can be picked up between 10:00am and 12.00 mid day.
  • Rentals returned late will be charged the regular daily rate for each day that the rental is delinquent.
  • Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before reservation pick up time. Any late cancellations or “no shows” will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental total.
  • Rentals are charged by the day, including Monday through Saturday. Saturday to Monday counts as one day.
  • Tentative rental reservations will be held until the end of the business day they are made. Any unconfirmed reservations will then be cancelled.
  • Manuals are provided with most rentals. If you are unfamiliar with the equipment, please ask questions. ICB DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR USER ERROR.
  • There is a $15.00 charge for unreturned manuals.
  • Please be sure the rental has all included accessories (microphone clips, cables, belt clips, etc.) when you return it. You will be charged for missing accessories. A list of accessory charges is available upon request.
  • We offer early pick up for a charge of 25% of the daily rental total. These reservations can be picked up after 5:00pm on the day prior to the rental reservation.
