ICB offers a wide variety of custom services that makes our company unique in the marketplace. We are the one-stop shop for all of your Sound, Audio, and Video needs.
Authorized Service and Repair Center: ICB supports our extensive product lines with a manufacturer authorized in-house service center. Walk-in customers may bring their products in for repair or service during normal business hours. If you have a specific question or if you need to demonstrate a problem to one of our technicians, please call ahead for an appointment to be sure someone is available to work with you when you come in.
Which manufacturer's products do we service? We service what we sell and we also service products from many other manufacturers. ICB supports our installed customer base with on-location service and repair. One year of free on-site repair support comes with any installation we perform. We are happy to provide field service for other installed situations at our regular field service rates. ICB also offers a variety of on-site maintenance contracts to keep your equipment up and running with regular preventative maintenenace. If your system is run by an AMX or Crestron control system, then our engineering department offers programming services ranging from single feature upgrades, to full system redesigns and on-call support. Our Rental Department provides supplementary equipment or complete systems for your special events. Sound Systems, Recording Systems, Video Projectors, Audiovisual Equipment, CD Duplicators, Video Editors and more. We rent AV Equipment in Cincinnati and in many areas beyond. Equipment is available for carry out rentals where you handle the set up and operation, or with full engineering, delivery, and set up customized to your needs. We have rentals suitable for Indoor or outdoor stage events, weddings, parties, presentations, meetings, remote recordings, and almost any application you can think of that involves sound, video, audio, or audiovisual products. There are many unique and hard to find products needed for today's audio and video systems. ICB takes the work out of looking for these items by providing a custom order service where we research the product and can usually order it in for you within a few days.
Sometimes the product you need just doesn't exist.
With our custom fabrication capabilities, we can assemble the necessary components to create exactly what you need. The photograph above shows an example of our work. It is a satellite truck panel that we designed, fabricated, and installed at a leading sports facility.
ICB offers a full range of installation services ranging from complete turnkey installation to selective support services. We have complete facilities for prestaging installations including speaker clusters, rack assembly, video projector and TV mounting, control system testing, and much more. ICB offers complete Engineering and Design services from initial concept to final output on our wide format printer.
We can output full size architectural drawings for incorporation into your specification packages.
ICB offers regular complimentary manufacturer training sessions for our customers throughout the year at our Tennessee Avenue facility. We also provide on-site training for our installed systems customers at the completion of every job.
