Riverbend The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra required a portable, high powered sound system for use in their summer concert series at the Riverbend Music Center.
The system needed to be both modular and portable so that sections could be taken out to special events at parks and out-of-town venues. It needed to be high powered to effectively fill the massive volume of the Riverbend outdoor amphitheater.
The system designed and installed by ICB Audio employed Apogee Sound Reinforcement Speakers placed in front left, center, right and delay left and right clusters with subwoofers and warmers. Amplifier racks were fabricated complete with fly points so that they could be hoisted on to the catwalks for the performance.
The modular design permits assembly or breakdown
of the entire system within two hours.
